Conditions:

1) Commission spaces are typically first come first service. In the case that there are more requests than spaces the artist will do their best to fit all requests Within the allotted time or give a designated time frame of estimated start time and Completion.

2)Prices and payment are in USD through PayPal.

3)Payment is Required before project start either Upfront or divided (Half Upfront/ Half on Completion

4) Fees Listed are base price and final quote will be provide through email and PayPal invoice. Each request is unique and the fees Reflect the Complexity of the project.

5)Not all Requests will be drawn live on stream or on Patreon extras. If you would like to see your request in Patreon or on Stream please make note of it.

6) Progress images will be provided on larger Requests or custom character Description requests. These images will be watermarked. If requesting WIP (Work in Progress) images please give 1-2 days for a response. Custom character description Request progress will not continue unless Progress images are approved.

7) The amount of edits can not exceed According to the type of commission found on the commission page. Additional edits or a faster turn around will be an additional fee.

8) Delays may occur if the request is submitted around convention dates. (found in the Events page) or major holidays. These are the points that the most requests Occur. Notification through the email Summited will be provided if delays occur.

• Commissions are for personal use only

• All Commercial use rights must be contracted through the artist directly, please use the Contact page to do so.

  Personal Use:

  • Commissions are free to use in the commissioners personal life as (icons or on personal social media accounts/ use for personal streams/youTube accounts/website/ as display in the home.

  • exchange of the commission is only to be done as a gift, Commissions and products may not be re-sold.

  • Prohibited actions:

    • Mass production by anyone other than Daemonium Vulpes LLC

    • taking Credit for the work or products of Daemonium Vulpes LLC

  • The artist Reserves the right to Accept or deny any Commission request at my own Discretion.

  • Work on the request will not be done until initial or full payment has been provided Through PayPal

  • Submitting a commission form confirms your acceptance of my terms and conditions

  • Daemonium Vulpes LLC reserve the right to post any commission to any social media platform, unless requested otherwise. If you have Preferences about your request on social media or your account being “taged/linkd” to the commission please note it in the request before payment. The name given in the request form will not be displayed publicly unless Permission has been given directly.
